How We Choose Your CarrierTo give you the fastest and most reliable delivery, we automatically select the best carrier for your order:
- FedEx – Typically used for express, overnight, and time-sensitive shipments.
- USPS – Ideal for lightweight items, PO boxes, and standard delivery options.
- UPS – Commonly used for ground shipments and items requiring additional handling.
You’ll see the estimated delivery time at checkout, but the final carrier may vary depending on stock location and service availability.
Order Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Processing time is separate from shipping time.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking updates are provided directly by the carrier.
Returns Policy
All Sales Are Final
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products. Once a purchase is completed, it is considered final.
Situational Refunds
Although returns are not accepted, we understand that unexpected issues may occur. Refunds may be granted on a situational basis at our sole discretion. To request consideration, customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving their order and provide any relevant information or documentation.

We can ship to anywhere in the contiguous U.S.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
